Holliday Pools – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you buy from Holliday Pools. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase or pickup (for curbside orders) to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and clean.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and parts must be included.
- You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase (printed or digital).

We do not accept returns by mail or shipping. All returns are in-store only.

Non-Returnable Items
Because of safety, health, and industry regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Chemicals of any kind (pool or spa chemicals, salt, balancers, sanitizers, etc.), whether opened or unopened
- Water testing supplies (test strips, reagents, test kits)
- Custom and special-order items, including but not limited to:
- Custom and made-to-order pool covers
- Special-order parts or accessories not normally stocked
- Installed or used parts and equipment (including electrical and plumbing parts, heaters, pumps, filters, boards, etc.)
- Merchandise that has been used in water (floats, toys, goggles, swim gear, etc., that show signs of use)
- Clearance / final sale / yellow-tagged items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether an item is returnable, please ask us before you purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items at the time of purchase or pickup.
If you discover that an item is damaged, defective, or you believe you were given the wrong product:
- Stop using the item immediately.
- Contact us as soon as possible or bring the item back to the store.
- We will evaluate the item and, at our discretion, may:
- Repair or replace the item,
- Offer an exchange for a comparable product, or
- Issue a refund according to this policy.
Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain equipment and parts; we will help you with warranty information when applicable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or product:
- You may request an exchange for eligible items within the 30-day window.
- If the new item is a different price, you will pay or be refunded the difference.
- In some cases, the simplest option may be to return the original item (if eligible) and make a new purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment whenever possible.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Curbside Pickup Orders
For curbside pickups, the same 30-day policy applies:
- The 30 days begin on the date of pickup noted on your receipt.
- All returns must still be brought in person to our store; we do not offer pickup or shipping for returns.
Final Note
Holliday Pools reserves the right to inspect all returned items and to deny a return or refund if the item does not meet the conditions of this policy.
